We offer flexible and secure payment and delivery options to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for all our clients.

Delivery Methods

  • Local Pickup (Retail Customers): You can collect your purchase directly from our office at:
    • Almas Tower, Unit Almas 49-A15, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE
  • International Delivery: For our international clients, we ship worldwide via reliable courier services. All shipments are fully insured for your complete peace of mind.
  • Remote Vaulting: For a fully remote transaction, we offer the convenience of securing your purchase in your name without the need to visit us. We will place your assets directly into secure storage on your behalf.

We offer the convenience of remote vault opening and secure storage of your precious metals in our high-security vaults located in Dubai, with all assets held in your name.

You retain full control and liquidity over your assets: at any time, you can schedule a pickup from the vault, request shipment to any address of your choice, list them for sale on our trading platform, or sell them directly back to us.

Payment Methods

We provide several secure payment options to suit your needs:

  • Bank Transfer (Invoice): You can pay via bank transfer to our company bank account in the UAE or in Europe.
  • Card Payment: We accept card payments. A 2% processing fee will be applied to all transactions made by card.
  • Cash Payment: You can pay in cash at our office.

Please note: In compliance with UAE regulations, cash payments exceeding 55,000 AED are reported to the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).

Accepted Currencies: AED, USD, EUR, and Cryptocurrency.

How It Works

  3. Get a Quote (if applicable): If you select delivery, you will receive a detailed email with the exact shipping cost and delivery timeline.
